I lost so much hair and bought 4 different wigs to help me hide my bald spots. After reading a LOT and changing up my diet, I'm happy to say I have no more bald spots after about a year of eating well and exercising. Check out my blog with lots more info on changes I made to my lifestyle. You are not alone! Please let me know how I can help you.

Wow I have just read your blog and photos and im amazed how good your hair looks.  I have androgenic aloepecia for 8 years and the doctors have said live with it and there are worse things to have!!  I have
worn wigs in the past and tried a variety of tablets and sprays with have provided no improvement.
Your blog has given me some hope and I have already been out to buy some gluten free products.
Thank you so much, I have a smile on my face as I type thisTongue
