Hello all :)
So, what i've started doing today, is scrubbing my head with a shower mit. This is quite a coarse mit, and my intention with this, is top open up pores, and increase blood flow.
What I'm then doing, is getting some surgical alcohol, applying it to the scalp, in the hope that this too increases blood flow and agitates the skin.
I have heard from numerous people that a combination of agitation, increasing blood flow, etc. etc. MAY help, but want to know what you guys are trying :)

I did try acupuncture, and it did bring my hair back the first time, if you re having trouble, I would recommend it! (do be ready for quite a painful procedure! But, I think it did help)

Unfortunately, I seem to be the guy where none of the 'real' treatments have worked, so I'm just trying stuff :) Ginger can work, I've heard onions can work. Really, who knows! Just want to get your guys ideas!

My eyebrows have stared to get worse the last few months. Though I am completely fine with being bald, I would really like to keep my eyebrows, as best as I can! Any of you got any ideas? Let me know :)

Cheers,
Jack
